Here is a simple method to get ideas out of your head and into an ebook.

Brainstorm

Assuming you have got your title, you need to get some ideas. The best thing you can do is just write down everything you can in lists under headings.

Write down:
- Thoughts
- Comparisons
- Problems
- Questions
- Facts
- Opinions
- Mistakes
- Memories
(You can add more categories of course)

This will give you a huge amount of material to work with. You probably won't use all this material in one book so make sure you keep it saved somewhere. It's likely you will see other possibilities. Use these to make money online by writing more ebooks in the future.

Arrange these ideas

- Action style

If your ebook is about how to achieve something then you should use this style. Think about your reader going on a journey through your ebook. They start not knowing how to do something and they finish with the knowledge to take action.

Arrange your work into a First, Second...Finally, format.

2. Where to advertise
3. Writing a great advert
4. Negotiating with prospective buyers
5. Closing the deal
6. Dealing with paperwork

- Reference style

If your ebook is a collection of ideas, templates or rules etc, use the reference style. Group your ideas under main headings. You can have sub-sections within these topics if appropriate. Make it easy to access any particular part when required.

5. For small weddings

And so on..

Write the details.

When you have organised your thoughts you can start to fill in the blanks. Here is where your readers get the essential knowledge they have paid for. Make it good, but keep it short and to the point. Try to avoid fluff and filler.

When you are done, read over your work and think about it from the reader's perspective. Is it easy to understand? Are there any redundant phrases? Can you add anything else? Get a friend to read it.

Continue the process until you are satisfied with your work.
